Constantly Updating our Art and Supplies!

Due to the nature of our handmade wear, the stock is constantly changing. We can not promise that the items pictured on our website are still available, BUT we promise we’ll have something else you’ll love! The following are a few of our frequently stocked favourites…

Beam Paints

Beam Paints is the result of a multi-generational love of pigment, paint, colour, and innovation. The famiy of Carl Beam and Ann Beam, were taught from a young age how to harvest hematite pigment in the LaCloche mountain range near their home in M'Chigeeng First Nation on Manitoulin Island.
Beam Paints draws on their early educations in Indigenous pigment and expands it to encompass all paint traditions. A focus on high quality pigment content creates sublime artist materials, with plastic free packaging.

Natural Earth Paints

Natural Earth Paint as founded in 2011 by professional artist, mom and environmentalist, Leah Fanning.
Leah had been searching for truly non-toxic, yet very high quality art supplies for years and finally decided to create the products that she desired. After realizing that this way of painting created much HIGHER quality supplies than the synthetic, toxic counterparts, she was on a mission to spread the word to artists everywhere.

Natural Earth Paint Canada is a 100% Canadian owned small business that brings original Natural Earth Paint products to Canada exclusively.

Aster & Vine

Erica started Aster & Vine because she was having trouble finding a Canadian shop with the products she wanted to buy, so she became the shop she wanted to find. Excited that there are brick and mortar stores that are supported and stocking her products, Erica urges you to purchase through these small businesses. "You support them, they support me – 1 purchase supports two small Canadian businesses!"
Their Canadian Maker kits include macrame and other weaving arts!

Hook, Line & Tinker

Located in Herring Cove, NS, they are a busy small-batch, craft production studio designing and selling fabulous, modern embroidery kits. Studiostone Creative

Studiostone Creative has a vision that anyone ages 8 to 99 should be able to carve stone with the right tools and instructions. After much trial and development, the 90 minute in-school stone carving program was introduced with great success. With the program up and running, parents began asking for something similar for home use. Thus the Soapstone carving Kit was born. It includes a premium hand cut stone, with custom designed tools, supplies and easy to follow step-by-step instructions. Every element of the process is designed to combine fun, learning and creativity.
